Retreats

Several times a year we will gather to spend time nurturing our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and well-being. We will engage in extended silence, healthy eating, meditation and mindful movement in the world’s most beautiful environments as well as at home. Weekend long retreats at home have their own special benefits.
