Peaceful Parenting Group
The eight-week course focuses on mindfulness-oriented skills for parents, such as responding to (as opposed to reacting to) parenting stress, handling conflict with children or partners, fostering empathy, and setting limits.
This group is for you if:
- You or your child are dealing with mental health issues
- You want a parent-child relationship filled with love, peace and connection
- If you’re looking to replace knee-jerk emotional reactions with intentional, controlled responses
Being a Parent
There’s nothing like being a parent. Parenting is filled with the biggest joys while also being full of stress. As the stress and challenges increase, our ability to be the quality parent we desire to be suffers. When a parent or child is dealing with mental health issues or the relationship is filled with conflict, our inner resources can be strained to the breaking point.

There will be a total of 11 sessions. This includes individual pre- and post-course consultation, nine 60-minute sessions as well as weekly handouts.
