Peaceful Parenting Group
The ten-week course focuses on mindfulness-oriented skills for parents, such as responding to (as opposed to reacting to) parenting stress, handling conflict with children or partners, fostering empathy, and setting limits.
There’s nothing like being a parent. Parenting is filled with the biggest joys while also being full of stress. As the stress and challenges increase, our ability to be the quality parent we desire to be suffers. When a parent or child is dealing with mental health issues or the relationship is filled with conflict, our inner resources can be strained to the breaking point.
This group is for you if:
You want to be a better parent to your child.
You want more love and communication with your little one, no matter how big they are.
You’re tired of seeing a fearful, closed off look in your child’s eye when your frustration gets the best of you.
Look to be a role model of grace under fire, wisdom and patience.
Want to disconnect your buttons so people can’t push them.

There will be a total of 10 sessions. This includes individual pre- and post-course consultation, eight 90-minute sessions, alternating between online and in-person.
